Requirements: - Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Knowledge of restaurant management software and basic financial acumen.
